Russian hackers are behind the recent ransomeware attacks on the UK hospitals

The criminal gang's main focus is to disrupt or completely lock down the normal hospital services until the UK government pays a certain amount of money as ransom. Hospitals declared a critical incident last Tuesday following the latest ransomware attack.

 According to Mr. Martin's statement, it is believed to be a Russian group calling themselves Qilin. It is also believed that this group is responsible for many other attacks that have taken place in various sectors and countries apart from the UK hospitals attacks.
